Corrections are append-only; figures are never silently edited. A confirmed error is fixed on its page and recorded here.

How corrections work
- An error is corrected on its page and logged here as soon as it is confirmed.
- A log entry is never edited or removed. If an entry is itself wrong, a new entry says so.
- A page’s “Updated” date changes only when its text or figures change.
- A wording change that alters what a claim says is logged too, even when no figure moved.
