Privacy: what is collected today.
This page describes what exists now. QuantKit has no mailing list, no accounts and no analytics scripts of its own. If that changes, this page changes first.

What is collected today
Emails you send us. If you write to [email protected], we receive your address and your message. We use them to reply, and keep them for as long as the conversation needs. We delete them on request.
Purchases and free downloads. Products are sold and delivered by Gumroad. Gumroad collects your email and payment details under its own privacy policy. As the seller, QuantKit can see what Gumroad shares with sellers, such as the buyer’s email address and the purchase.
Site visits. The site is delivered by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical request data, such as IP address, browser and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site, and may produce aggregate, cookie-free traffic statistics from it, under its own privacy policy. QuantKit’s pages set no cookies and load no advertising or analytics scripts. Fonts are served from QuantKit’s own domain, not from a third party.
Market-data requests. The homepage fetches its snapshot from mcp.quantkit.co, and MCP clients call the endpoint at the same address. These requests reach QuantKit’s server like any web request, including the sender’s IP address. QuantKit does not ask you to create an account to use them.
The newsletter waitlist
There is no mailing list yet. The “Join the waitlist” button opens a draft email to [email protected]. If you send it, it is an ordinary email under the heading above, and we keep your address so we can tell you when the newsletter launches.
When the newsletter launches, you will get one invitation asking you to confirm (double opt-in). An address joins the list only after you confirm. Unconfirmed addresses are not added and are not used for anything else. Every newsletter email will carry an unsubscribe link. This page will name the email provider and be updated before any sign-up form goes live.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent you have given. Email [email protected], for example with the subject “Privacy request”. We will answer without undue delay.
For readers in the EU and UK, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the emails you send (and, for the newsletter, your consent once it exists). Readers in Hong Kong can likewise ask for access to, and correction of, their personal data. This is a plain-language policy, not legal advice.
Gumroad and Cloudflare are based in the United States and may process data outside your country.
Who runs this
QuantKit is operated from Hong Kong by the author known as Timoranjes. No registered company name or postal address is published yet. If the law or the newsletter provider requires one, this page will list it before newsletter delivery starts.
