Information, not advice

Everything on this site is general information. Nothing on it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer or invitation to buy or sell anything. QuantKit does not know your circumstances. Trading foreign exchange and CFDs carries a high level of risk, and you can lose more than you expect. Decide for yourself, or ask a licensed professional where you live.

No warranties

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Figures are checked and dated, but they can be wrong or out of date. Check the source before you rely on one, and report errors to [email protected]. Confirmed corrections are listed in the corrections log.

Data tools

The snapshot feed and the MCP endpoint are free. Their data is unofficial and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and is for information only. They may change, be rate-limited or be withdrawn at any time without notice, and no service level is promised. The server code is published under the MIT licence in its public repository, and that licence governs the code.

Products

Paid and free products are sold and delivered by Gumroad. The checkout page and Gumroad’s own terms apply to a purchase or download, including any refund terms shown there. Product pages describe what each product contains.

The site links to third-party sites that QuantKit does not control and is not responsible for. Links to Gumroad lead to QuantKit’s own store and are marked as sponsored. Broker links are plain official URLs for reference; see how QuantKit is paid.

Content and ownership

The text, the compilation of figures, the design and the original tools are the work of QuantKit. Short quotations with attribution and a link are welcome. Please do not republish pages wholesale. Figures taken from third parties remain theirs and are cited to their sources.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, QuantKit is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or from decisions made using it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
